Design New Lottery Building Headquarters

The California State Lottery (Lottery) is inviting responses from qualified firms to provide professional architecture and engineering (A&E) services to design a new Lottery Headquarters building in Sacramento, California.

Qualified responders must: 1) have a minimum of seven (7) years experience, as a legal business entity, providing A&E services at levels comparable to those described in the Scope of Services, 2) have the ability to fulfill the insurance requirements outlined in the contract terms and conditions and 3) have identified in their Statement of Qualifications, a project member who has responsible control for the preparation and oversight of the architectural services performed in the Scope of Services, who possesses a current and active license issued by the State of California Architects Board.

The Lottery will not distribute paper copies of the RFQ or maintain a bidders list.
