Bulls-eye™

That's right! Bulls-eye gives you an extra chance to win. It's easy to play. There are still 20 winning numbers on every Hot Spot draw. Now one of them will be the red "Bulls-eye" number. Every time you play Bulls-eye and match the Bulls-eye number, you can win bigger prizes with your Hot Spot play.

How to Play Bulls-eye

  • To play Bulls-eye, you must play Hot Spot and wager a minimum of $2. ($1 for Hot Spot and $1 for Bulls-eye)
  • On the new Hot Spot Bulls-eye playslip, pick the number of spots you want to play. Bulls-eye is not available on the 8 Spot.
  • Pick your favorite Hot Spot numbers from the field of 80. (You do not select a separate "Bulls-eye" number.)
  • When you select Bulls-eye on your playslip, the minimum cost to play the Bulls-eye feature is an additional $1 per play, per draw.
  • Your Bulls-eye wager amount must equal your Hot Spot wager. (i.e., $2 for Hot Spot and $2 for Bulls-eye = $4 total wager.)
  • You will receive a Hot Spot ticket displaying the message "BULLS-EYE PLAYED".
  • Watch the Hot Spot monitor to see if any of your Hot Spot numbers match the highlighted red Bulls-eye number.

How to win Bulls-eye
  • You win a prize if you -
    1. Match just the Bulls-eye number

      OR
    2. Match the Bulls-eye number plus additional Hot Spot numbers.
  • You can win a Bulls-eye prize without winning a Hot Spot prize.
  • To let you know how much you've won, the Hot Spot monitors will display the winning amounts for Hot Spot as well as the combined winnings for a Hot Spot and Bulls-eye win.

How to Claim a Prize
  • All winning tickets must be claimed promptly within 180 days after the draw in which the prize was won.
  • Special Lottery promotions may have different claiming periods.
  • Prizes under $600 per play, may be claimed at any participating cashing retailer.
  • For winning tickets of $600 or more, per play, submit a claim form and your original ticket to the Lottery address on the Winner's Claim form for payment.
  • Consecutive draw tickets may be claimed before the last draw printed on the ticket. An Exchange ticket will be issued with the original play selections and remaining draws printed on it.
  • Your ticket, not your playslip, is your only valid receipt and proof of eligibility for a prize. Check your ticket immediately to ensure that the information is correct.
  • Federal, State Law, and Lottery rules and regulations apply.
